Decent service however -- Put on the wrong windshield wiper size. Had to go back, and instead of great customer service ... I got the run around for 10-15 minutes about how they should "work". Lost my time, energy and money there.
Got the correct wipers from the Cadillac dealer afterwards.
Won't go back & don't get new wiper blades there.... They don't have the right sizes.
Very nice and knowledgeable. I took my moms car in for an oil change,and they knew of a filter that had not been changed or found by other places in Bothell . Highly recommend.
Had a pleasant first time visit to this place. Oil change and service were done in less than 30min and pricing was very transparent. The staff were friendly and helpful, so far my car is enjoying it as well!
This was an awesome experience. I went to the location in Bothell, which was my first time using their services. I normally go to Jiffy Lube and now I will always come here! They are professional and cost less than what Jiffy Lube has cost me. Their customer service was awesome and they went above and beyond to clean my windshield, check my lights, and make sure all my filters were fresh. I will always come back!

I want to highlight an employee here named Jeff who was a true professional. He showed me what my transmission oil looked like and I felt like he didn’t try to pull a fast one on me and he was informative and even though it’s not the cheapest place to get your oil changed, I have to say my car drives 1000000% better after I got my oil changed here.
It’ll cost you about $85+ to get a full synthetic oil and filter change and $109+ to get a full euro synthetic oil and filter change for European cars.
There’s a $10 off the oil change coupon on Valpak’s website and so we saved $20, with all the fees and both oil changes cane out to $197.
I highly recommend coming here, we will be coming here for our oil changes in the future.
Quick place to get your oil changed. I usually get the 10 dollar off coupon from the internet. It usually take a bit longer than 10min though (e.g. 20min).
Drove up at 2:40pm on a Wednesday, got in right away. Vacuumed my driver's side, put air in tires, changed my oil (went with the basic option), cleaned my windshield all for under $60. They were nice and there was an area in the shop to sit while I waited. About 10 minutes in and out. Thank you Pennzoil
Amazing service! Brought both my cars here today and got them back on track. The staff were super nice and knowledgeable and service was quick! The staff offered recommendations to which I’ll come back to have them serviced. This is my new go to place for my car needs!
